Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing strategic workforce planning and development. You will support the goals of the Workforce Development team and serve as an internal advisor initiating ideas across the organization that influence strategy and collaborative culture.
Your Responsibilities will Include:
Ability to research and call representatives of existing and potential feeder programs and then nurture a relationship with those programs that will feed potential mid-career candidates to Haskell
Ability to research and recommend new metrics to incorporate into existing predictive models
Actively participate in the communication, alignment, and implementation of strategic workforce planning and development initiatives across the enterprise in support of business goals and strategic objectives
Establish strong partnerships with key business stakeholders to continuously remain aligned with current business issues and opportunities, as related to strategic workforce planning and development
Collaborate with both the Human Resources and Operations teams
Actively participate in the creation, recommendation, and implementation of strategic workforce planning and development programs
Collaborate with strategic partners and customers to identify key-critical positions and potential pipelines to explore, as well as develop realistic project timelines
Use metrics and analytics to create follow-up and action reports for programs
Research best practices in all areas of strategic workforce planning and development
Develop an implementation plan for partnerships with key feeder/pipeline organizations and outreach program
Develop and distribute promotional materials and/or web presence
Support the talent acquisition team as needed to assist with load-level
Work in collaboration with internal strategic partners /customers to create development paths aligned with internal customer needs
Analyze partner relationships with current and potential external partners to assist with pipeline development opportunities

1-3 years of relevant University recruiting experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree: Business, HR, Communications, Marketing, or Related
