In one sentence

Build, lead, and direct a Presales Proposal Management/Bid Response team in support of the divisional sales goals.

What will your job look like?

  • You will  perform presales proposal management activities for AQE studio in general or specific account
  • You will identify and allocate proposal resources within an account, product unit, or region. Set priorities accordingly
  • You will work with AQE solution team to ensure that QE messaging and response collateral aligns with marketing intention                                        
  • You will identify the proposal deliverables and define items that require special approval or unique knowledge                                                                             
  • You will leverage best practices to design, develop, and deliver best-in-class sales materials, ensuring quality and consistency within or across accounts/ regions
  • You will collaborate across accounts/regions to provide a single voice, ensuring that all messages are synchronized
  • You will maintain a broad view within or across regions and accounts. 

All you need is...

  • 5+ years’ experience working in and supporting a Sales organization                                 
  • 8+ years’ experience in business writing in a Sales or comparable writing environment       
  • 3+ years leading bid/proposal management personnel to ensure successful execution of the proposal process across accounts/regions including developing content and pricing documents in a large IT organization                                                                           
  • QE Technical aptitude to understand technical QE solutions and offerings             
  • Credibility and experience in delivery or similar role to challenge estimations, man months, proposal content, and so on                                                                                        
  • Experience in project management                                                                                      
  • Experience preparing reports and tailoring communication as appropriate to audience
