Job Title: Product Inventory Analyst
Department: Profit Protection
Reports to: Product Inventory Analyst Manager
FLSA Status: Regular Exempt
Location: Remote
Schedule: Wed-Sunday 7am-4pm
ROLE SUMMARY
The Product Inventory Analyst is responsible for providing support to Retail Stores for inventory movements and adjustments, transfer discrepancy adjustments and Retail transfers.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to work with and maintain positive collaborating efforts with other divisions throughout the company
- Posting PI counts for Retail – creating PI count results
- Creating SAP Retail destruction return transfers
- Track all transfers to Retail Stores – adjusts all transfer discrepancies
- Adjust all Retail inventory for Stores operating on SAP/OMS, Dutchie POS, MJ Platform systems
- Submits discovered system issues to proper IT/SAP support Teams
- Moves all QA issue items and creates return transfers when necessary
- Assist in QAS testing for SAP and OMS for Retail Stores
- Store KPI reporting updating weekly dashboard for Profit Protection
- Monitoring SAP to Metrc sales failures and creating CSV’s for West Virginia Stores on weekends
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum high school diploma preferred associate degree or above.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proven experience in medical cannabis dispensary operations
- Some logistics experience such as driver, inventory coordinator, delivery coordinator
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with all internal and external contacts
- Must have acute organizational skills with a high aptitude for meeting objectives and maintaining detail orientation
- Aptitude to understand data to drive decisions
- SAP experience
- Retail/OMS+ POS experience
- Zendesk experience
- Metrc Experience
- Microsoft Word and Excel Experience
- Dutchie POS/back-office experience
- MJ Platform experience
ADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clear driving record
- Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check and drug screening
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must possess the mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the job duties
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
- Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks
- Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as; reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details. Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditions
- Must be able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc. (Moderate noise)

WORK SCHEDULE
- 45+ hours weekly with flexible hours depending on store needs, Physical Inventory counts and Micro counts schedules. Must be available to work Holidays and weekends as well as late evenings when necessary.
Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.
