POSITION SUMMARY
The PEO Sales Consultant will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by supporting their external sales partner in promoting and selling our PEO MEP and PEP services to PEOs and their retirement plan advisors. This role includes proactive outreach, attending key industry events, and building strong relationships with PEO contacts and prospects.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Partner with the assigned external VP of PEO Sales in promoting and selling our PEO MEP and PEP services by taking part in finals presentations, providing technology demos and other tasks necessary to bring in new PEO business
- Attend all major NAPEO and other PEO industry events throughout the year and continue to deepen relationships with current PEO contacts, industry contacts and PEO prospects.
- Proactive outbound sales calls and appointment setting
- Prepare customized proposals outlining the scope of Slavic401k services, pricing structures and terms
- Assist with sales presentations and web demonstrations that highlight the features and benefits of our Slavic401k services
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with advisors and industry partners
- Meet the specified weekly activity metrics and goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in Salesforce
- Assist in completing the sale process by proactively reaching out for required onboarding information
- Be the main point of contact for startup PEOs in their first year to drive adoption
- Assist with plan onboarding and enrollment meetings when applicable
SKILLS & ABILITIES
• Well-organized in managing multiple priorities, meeting weekly activity metrics, and supporting team geographical sales goals.
• Proficient in using presentation, proposal, and productivity technologies (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, Word) to create engaging and customized sales materials.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent attention to detail, diligence, and adaptability.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with superior time management skills.
Experience
• 5+ years’ experience in financial services sales, or a related field required.
• 3+ years' expereince of PEO industry experience
• 2+ years of Salesforce or similar CRM experience required
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field or additional equivalent work experience
Certificates & Licenses
• Series 65 preferred
WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Overnight travel for onsite meetings, as needed.

What’s in it for you Package
This role will have a base pay range of $90,000 - $100,000. Please know, this is the base range only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for this role. This position is also eligible for sales commission and tiered bonus, both based on achievement of sales goals.
