We’re looking for early-career engineers who want to grow by solving diverse problems — from building APIs and automation pipelines to designing UIs and creating AI-enabled workflows — all in the cloud.
What you’ll do:
- Design and implement APIs and integrations.
- Build automated workflows that use AI to enhance speed, accuracy, and decision-making.
- Contribute to front-end UIs that make complex tasks user-friendly.
- Work with databases: schema design, querying, and debugging.
- Deploy, monitor, and scale solutions in a cloud environment.
- Safely and effectively use AI both as a development accelerator and as a core component of your solutions.
- Collaborate closely with teammates in a growing engineering group, and work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical partners.
You bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 0–2 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python with demonstrated project experience.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Exposure to cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Experience building and delivering at least one serious project (academic capstone, internship project, personal side project, or open-source contribution) that shows your ability to design, implement, and ship end-to-end software.
- Basic knowledge of finance — such as understanding financial data, instruments, or workflows — and interest in applying technology in this domain.
- Interest in learning and applying AI frameworks (LLMs, vector databases, NLP APIs, etc.).
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a collaborative, team-first environment.
