Job Description
You will be the Mult Func Mfg Planner Asc Mgr for the Manufacturing Planning team. Our team is responsible for orchestrating product flow and tooling across multiple programs.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Mult Func Mfg Planner Asc Mgr you will be responsible for directing a diverse group of hardware representatives to ensure seamless production support from concept through manufacturing.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate daily activities with manufacturing and quality partners to address changing needs and priorities.
- Maintain and communicate status updates to all management levels, ensuring clear visibility of program health.
- Lead multiple program meetings, capturing decisions and tracking action items.
- Assign personnel strategically to support critical schedule adjustments and tooling requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in product flow by monitoring PDRR/Tooling processes and recommending corrective actions.

Basic Qualifications
- Knowledge of Material Management and
Accounting System (MMAS)
- SAP knowledge/experience
- Previous leadership experience
- Microsoft office experience/Tableau experience
- Strategic thinker with lean manufacturing focus
/ (Greenbelt certified or equivalent)
-Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated
ability to work with multiple levels of
Management, industry peers, and internal and
external customers.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem
solving, and multitasking skills
- Bachelors degree in a related field.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
