FORMS & WORKFLOWMANAGER & APPLICATION GENERALIST

BASIC FUNCTION: Lead and support NIACC's electronic formssolution. Participate in implementations and code and test administrativeapplication software and related interfaces. Train users and instructionalstaff on the use of Enterprise Applications software and systems.

SALARY AND BENEFITS: Startingsalary of $42,700 to $51,300 based on experience. REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS: Two years ofpostsecondary education or three years of relevant experience insoftware applications required. Interpersonal skills a must to assure the ability to relate well to persons atall levels of computer competency. A high degree of confidentiality isrequired.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Twoor more years of experience with electronic forms and workflow design andworking with reporting solutions in a college environment (Sofdocs Etrievepreferred).
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Resolve administrative and technical requests regarding the College's electronic forms and workflow environments and related products. Coordinate and communicate with vendors and stakeholders regarding impact of product updates.
• Analyze current software, proposed modifications, and new software for impact on processes, standards, and procedures.
• Through requests from departmental users, design, code, test and document application software as assigned by Director.
• Support and train users to utilize software applications effectively and efficiently within the Enterprise Applications area.
• Support Enterprise Application software and related third-party products as assigned. Maintain documentation on Enterprise Application systems, layered products, and third-party software and any modification to these products.
• Maintain strong organizational skills, demonstrate reliability, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Fulfill other responsibilities as needed or assigned.
Perform in a manner which strengthens the coordination and cooperation of all organizational components of the College, including opportunities for student recruitment.
