Your Tasks
In SSC Global Finance Services, we handle the accounting for Beiersdorf’s European subsidiaries, global master data maintenance and support for international projects. This diverse scope offers exciting challenges and the opportunity to gain insights into SAP-based accounting and shared service operations. Our field is undergoing digital transformation, providing many opportunities to optimize processes and leverage cutting-edge technologies such as Robotics Process Automation.
You will be part of the Global Master Data Team and will:
- Collaborate closely with suppliers, other GFS departments, Beiersdorf AG, and its subsidiaries
- Help ensure a smooth Procurement-to-Pay (P2P) process from order to invoice payment
- Gain deep insights into master data maintenance and actively support supplier onboarding in SAP
- Focus primarily on verifying supplier bank information
Your Profile
- Enrolled in a business-related degree program or similar
- Officially registered as a student throughout the duration of employment
- Strong numerical understanding and sense of responsibility
- Structured, detail-oriented, and self-driven work style
- Professional and clear communication via phone and email
- Enjoy working with IT systems
- Confident in using SAP and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
