(Senior) Manager (m/f/d) Business Development
YOUR SHOES TO FILL:
- Conducting global market and competition analyses to identify opportunities, trends and risks
- Analysing and evaluating new business areas, sales channels and partnerships to promote sustainable growth
- Planning and conducting consumer surveys to generate relevant consumer insights and support data-based decisions in business development
- Developing business development strategies based on quantitative and qualitative market information
- Developing business cases for management and stakeholders
- Supporting strategic business development, deriving market potential and defining measures in close cooperation with regional teams
- Brand tracking and performance analyses to continuously evaluate brand development in international markets
- Deriving strategic recommendations for action for management and executive management
YOUR WAY OF LIFE:
- You have a degree in business administration, international business, marketing, fashion management or a comparable field of study.
- You have several years of professional experience in business development, strategy consulting, marketing intelligence or strategic sales, ideally in the footwear or fashion industry.
- You have a strong understanding of brand management, market mechanisms and consumer behaviour in an international context.
- You are characterised by strong analytical skills combined with a hands-on mentality and assertiveness.
- Experience in dealing with market and trend data.
- Business fluent English skills; other languages are an advantage.
- Team orientation, initiative and a high level of intercultural competence.
