Project Manager Maintenance
YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Project Manager Maintenance, based in Sidel Inc, to join our NAM Service Organization, reporting to the Lead Project Manager Maintenance. Located near/in Norcross, our site employs nearly 300 people and has developed around different areas such as project management, sales, after sales, digital solutions, engineering, integration services and line design and automation. As Project Manager Maintenance, you will be responsible for driving the day-to-day Maintenance Agreement operations from order intake to contract closing - including on-site activity coordination. You will act as the main point contact with the customer for all technical and organizational aspects of the contract, ensuring that deliveries are achieved on time, within budget and to stakeholders’ satisfaction.

YOUR MISSION

You will lead all activities critical for the effective delivery and execution of Maintenance Agreements: 
  • Understand customer needs and contract scope to ensure full alignment with operational and financial objectives.
  • Plan, monitor, and control the execution of contractual activities (preventive/corrective maintenance, spare parts delivery, overhauls, performance services, training, audits, etc.).
  • Manage and control contract costs, ensuring profitability and adherence to budget.
  • Oversee the supply and installation of spare parts, including third-party equipment, shipment, and production follow-up when applicable.
  • Ensure the proper application of Legal, Trade Finance, and compliance guidelines critical to contract execution.
  • Secure timely and transparent reporting to all stakeholders, internal and external, on activity progress, cost evolution, and contract milestones.
  • Ensure customer acceptance of contractual deliverables, validating completion and performance results, when applicable.
  • Drive risk management and mitigation planning to anticipate and resolve potential execution issues.
  • Coordinate the availability of the right people, skills, and tools at the right time to ensure operational excellence.
  • Identify upselling or service improvement opportunities during contract execution and coordinate with the Service Sales Team for scope or renewal updates.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or related field.
  • 2 to 5+ years’ experience with project management activities and strong technical expertise.
  • Proven experience in project management within industrial maintenance or packaging sectors.
  • Experience with installation, commissioning, and overhaul activities. 
  • Ability to read and interpret Engineering documents such as operating and maintenance, instructions, assembly drawing.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of staff management. 
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities.
  • Proficiency in English (French or Spanish would be assets).
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and ERP/SAP systems.
  • Willingness to travel within the Americas region as required.
