Instant Teams is searching for our next Member Outreach Specialist to join our team in driving awareness and adoption of a nationwide outreach program. This role focuses on targeted outreach to Pastors and Priests across the United States, introducing the program, articulating its value, and as appropriate, securing an appointment for a team member to follow up.

Pay Rate: $19/hour
Post-Training Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm EST
Training: 9am-5:30pm EST for the first 3 days
Start Date: ASAP

This position is fully remote.


Day in the Life

  • Conducts a high volume of outbound calls to Pastors and Priests to introduce the program.

  • Clearly and professionally communicates with prospects to discern needs and provide education on available services and resources.

  • Effectively articulates program value, features, and benefits to generate interest and awareness.

  • Qualifies potential participants and schedules follow-up appointments with designated team members.

  • Performs follow-up calls and communications to guide qualified leads through adoption and sign-up.

  • Diligently documents all outreach activities, lead progression, and member interactions in CRM systems.

  • Stays current on program details, industry updates, and communication best practices.

  • Maintains proficiency in required software, including MS Office and internal systems.

  • Contributes to a positive, mission-driven, and collaborative team environment.


Must Haves

  • 2+ years of contact center or sales experience

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey information with professionalism and empathy

  • Proven ability to handle high-volume outbound calling with persistence and a positive demeanor

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for documenting member interactions and pipeline management

  • High degree of emotional resilience; able to handle rejection while maintaining optimism

  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, initiative, and spirit of service

  • Friendly, empathetic, and optimistic personality

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing processes and requirements

  • Comfort working remotely with computer, phone, and general office equipment
