Subaru North Orlando, a well-established automotive dealership is seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive BDC Representative to join a high-performing team handling a large volume of inbound customer inquiries. This confidential opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with outstanding customer service skills and a strong grasp of customer psychology and behavioral economics.

Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively manage inbound/outbound calls, emails, and lead activity to generate appointments and quotes.

Respond to internet leads and live chats with urgency and professionalism.

Qualify potential customers and direct them to appropriate product information and dealership resources.

Set appointments and ensure accurate customer data collection.

Provide detailed customer information to sales consultants for follow-up.

Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction (CSI) through exceptional service.

Collaborate with dealership teams in a positive, professional manner.

Attend all required training sessions (online and in-person).

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the BDC Manager and General Manager.
Qualifications:

Proven track record of high CSI and customer satisfaction.

Strong understanding of human behavior and decision-making processes.

Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and listening.

Tech-savvy with strong computer and CRM navigation skills.

Positive attitude, energetic presence, and professional demeanor.

Reliable attendance and availability on weekends required.

Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening.
