About the Team:

Candidate will be part of a small, high-impact team that partners directly with the Technology Leadership Team to shape the strategy, operations, and execution of the technology organization. We operate at the intersection of data, decision-making, and delivery - driving transformation, efficiency, and innovation across global strategic initiatives.   • Performs advanced data analysis and business reporting to identify key trends, opportunities, and risk factors impacting technology performance, business growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.

  • Evaluates a broad spectrum of business and technology practices, industry benchmarks, and internal performance metrics to recommend actionable improvements and scalable solutions.

  • Develops high-quality reports, dashboards, and insights by synthesizing large data sets and translating them into clear, compelling narratives and visualizations that support technology strategy and executive decision-making.

  • Partners with global and India Technology Business Management teams to align processes, KPIs, and metrics with enterprise-wide goals and governance frameworks.

  • Supports automation, integration, and centralization of data sources to reduce manual reporting and improve data accuracy and accessibility.

  • Contributes to strategic programs and initiatives, assisting in the design, execution, and tracking of technology goals, OKRs, and pillar outcomes.

  • May mentor junior analysts, or lead components of special projects, ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to confidentiality, accuracy, and collaboration standards.

Key Deliverables (Duties and Responsibilities)

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Source, compile, and analyze, complex data sets manually entered or from multiple systems to generate insights that drive informed technology decisions.

  • Identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement in delivery, cost optimization, productivity, and workforce planning.

  • Transform analytical findings into concise, actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.

  Reporting & Dashboarding

  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI (& similar) and Excel, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with global & local metrics.

  • Automate recurring reports and establish centralized data repositories to enable self-service access for partners and stakeholders.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide periodic updates to leadership on progress against technology goals and OKRs.

  Technology Strategy & Business Planning Support

  • Support Technology Leadership in executing strategic priorities, business reviews, and operational plans.

  • Contribute to defining and tracking technology goals, strategic pillars, and initiatives; prepare progress summaries and leadership updates.

  • Participate in annual planning, forecasting through headcount analytics to ensure resource alignment with strategic objectives.

   Process Optimization & Automation

  • Identify inefficiencies and propose automation or process improvements across reporting, analytics, and planning workflows.

  • Implement solutions using macros, scripts, and integrations between tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, SharePoint, etc.) to streamline data flow and reduce manual effort.

  Stakeholder Collaboration & Governance

  • Partner closely with global and India-based technology leads across GSPO, finance, HR, and other business functions to ensure consistency in reporting and governance.

  • Respond promptly to stakeholder queries and ensure trust, confidentiality, and transparency in all data and communications.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for analytics and reporting best practices within the technology organization.

 Executive Communication & Presentations

  • Develop high-quality PowerPoint decks and visual storytelling materials for leadership reviews, town halls, and executive-level updates.

  • Distill complex data and analysis into clear, strategic narratives that influence decisions and highlight key insights.

Skills and Qualification (Functional and Technical Skills)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master’s preferred.

  • 8 - 12 years of experience in data analytics, business management, or reporting roles within technology or GCC environments.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel - including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and macros for automation.

  • Strong hands-on experience in Power BI for dashboard creation, visualization, and data storytelling.

  • Working knowledge of SQL and Python for data manipulation, analysis, and process automation.

  • Proven ability to design and maintain executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations (PowerPoint proficiency required).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to convert raw data into strategic insights.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively across global and local teams.

  • Demonstrated capability in process optimization, automation, and standardization to enhance reporting efficiency.

  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Preferred certifications: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst, Advanced Excel Certification, PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or equivalent analytics credentials.
