Showroom Ambassador chez Pella Windows and Doors of North Carolina and Southwest Virginia

Pella Windows and Doors is looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a Showroom Ambassador in Charlotte, NC. As the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom, you'll greet them warmly, showcase our exceptional products, and provide answers to any product-related inquiries. Additionally, you'll assist our sales team, who also operate from this location. We're seeking someone who is a quick learner and eager to become a product expert.

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Ensure a welcoming and friendly environment for all customers in the showroom. 
• Dress in a professional business casual environment.
• Display and demonstrate products in showrooms, using samples or catalogs, emphasizing features and benefits of Pella products. 
• Provide administrative support for sales and management. 
• Maintain the showroom space to ensure it is clean and well organized.
• Must be able to continuously learn about the products and services Pella provides.
• Should be an engaging individual with a cheerful and enthusiastic demeanor.        

 QUALIFICATIONS 

• Organizational, social, and customer focus skills are necessary along with ability to learn and efficiently work with Pella products and services. 
• Experience with Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint  
• Strong math skills and data entry skills
• Self-motivated, energetic and comfortable working independently or with a team.
• Prior experience with an in-person customer service environment.        
• Ability to present oneself in a professional and pleasant manner.  
• Ability to be a creative problem solver.  

Job Type- Full time- Monday- Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
