Join Us in Powering the Future: L&D Advisor for the Civil Works Alliance (CWA)
We have an opportunity to join the Civil Works Alliance (CWA) as we support the construction of Sizewell C, a state-of-the-art 3.2-gigawatt power station that will provide low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes for at least 60 years. We're looking for a dynamic L&D Advisor to ensure our employees remain compliant with required training and to help us build a world-class team.

What Will You Do?
- Book employees onto relevant training courses, liaising with trainers, delegates, and suppliers.
- Manage upcoming expiries, ensuring compliance with SQEP processes.
- Monitor training data, support administration duties, and report on training activities.
- Collaborate with SZC, H&S, and Quality teams to map training needs and develop necessary programmes.
- Maintain and improve L&D systems and organise audits of training courses.
- Work closely with HR and HS&E teams to ensure continuity through implemented programmes.
What Are We Looking For?
- Previous experience in HR/Training, ideally in the nuclear industry.
- Good knowledge of training requirements in construction and civil engineering in the UK.
- Strong organisational skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- A proactive team player who can also work independently.
