Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 annually, plus benefits.

Job Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through effective therapy and treatment planning.
• Provide care focused on prevention, recovery, and personal growth.
• Work alongside other healthcare professionals for integrated support.
• Ensure timely and thorough documentation.
• Maintain an active and accurate caseload.

Requirements

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.
• Experience with solution-focused therapy and strong communication skills.
