Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 annually, plus benefits.
Job Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through effective therapy and treatment planning.
- Provide care focused on prevention, recovery, and personal growth.
- Work alongside other healthcare professionals for integrated support.
- Ensure timely and thorough documentation.
- Maintain an active and accurate caseload.
Requirements
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
- Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.
- Experience with solution-focused therapy and strong communication skills.
- A team-first approach with a desire for ongoing professional growth.
