Who We Are
AAC provides comprehensive peri-operative solutions for physicians, surgeons, and dentists performing procedures in medical office settings. Our anesthesiologists and peri-anesthesia registered nurses deliver pre-, intra-, and post-operative care for a wide variety of office-based surgical procedures.
We function as a traveling surgery center, bringing all medications, supplies, equipment, and emergency preparedness directly to the surgeon or dental office.

Job Details
- Schedule: Preferably three – 1.0 FTE RNs/ W2 (5 days/week – set schedule); Open to applicants seeking 0.4 FTE (2 set days per week) or more. Set, recurring days.

• Lubbock, TX - Rotation: Monday-Friday, Full-Time

Job Requirements
The Perianesthesia RN implements quality perianesthesia nursing care, along with and under the guidance of the anesthesiologist, according to practice policies and procedures. You will regularly participate in continuing education programs, including but not limited to mandated nursing and medical staff programs, as indicated by quality assurance monitoring, as you provide the best possible patient care to our patients.
Position Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Holds an active and unrestrictive RN license in the state of Texas, or possesses a compact license with eligibility to practice in Texas
- A minimum of three years of experience in critical care, emergency room, or post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) nursing is required. However, if an RN has a minimum of two years of experience in emergency room (ER) or intensive care unit (ICU) settings, and a combination of experience in ER, PACU, or telemetry, they are encouraged to apply and will be considered for screening.
- Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), is required, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) (preferred)
- The ability to conduct basic physical exams and initiate intravenous catheter placement is a necessary skill set.
