Analytics Solutions & Delivery Lead

Job Summary

We’re seeking an Analytics Lead with over 15 years of experience to drive data-driven growth for our clients and internal teams. You’ll manage a team of consultants & data scientists, deliver high-impact solutions, and collaborate cross-functionally to craft winning proposals. The ideal candidate blends technical expertise, leadership, and business acumen

This role is strategic in nature wherein one will leverage his/her vast analytics expertise and leadership maturity in bringing teams, stakeholders together to focus on achieving value for clients. The ideal candidate will also possess a deep understanding of analytics / data science solutions, cloud platforms, data governance, and cutting-edge analytics and data science technologies to guide internal teams as well as consult clients. 

Responsibilities

  • Consulting & Solution Delivery
    • Lead problem-solving workshops and discovery sessions with clients to understand business challenges and help build roadmap.

    • Translate business challenges into data-driven solution strategies (predictive modeling, segmentation, etc.) 

    • Lead project scoping, execution, and stakeholder communication.

    • Oversee data modeling, visualization, and tool implementation (Python, R, Tableau, SQL) and help deliver actionable insights & recommendations

    • Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and ethics.

    • Help showcase ROI of analytics solutions.

    • Develop high-level solution frameworks and create design specifications that align with business objectives and industry best practices.

    • Develop case studies, solution frameworks, and client presentations.

    • Partner with sales and offshore leaders to craft proposals, RFP responses, and pitches.

  • Team Management & Talent Development 
    • Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing analytics team.

    • Set goals, review performance, and foster a culture of innovation.

    • Ensure timely, quality deliverables.

    • Create collaborative partnership with offshore teams, account leaders and other stakeholders to deliver business outcomes

    • Serve as a technical mentor, guiding and influencing a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Collaborate with senior leadership and sales teams to define solution objectives and help craft tailored solutions and proposals that meet business needs.

    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, identifying new cross-sell / up-sell opportunities for value generation and influencing decision-making with innovative, data-driven solutions.

    • Represent the delivery organization in key client conversations to discuss business challenges and opportunities.

    • Bring in industry/domain expertise and and assist in planning future solutions and strategies to drive revenue growth.

    • Stay updated on current trends

  • Stakeholder Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, and business leaders.

    • Act as the primary point of contact for delivery or team issues and manage client escalations in partnership with offshore leaders to ensure effective control measures are in place.

    • Collaborate closely with various internal teams such as IT, Quality, Risk, and Information Security to ensure effective management of client solutions.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum of 15 years in senior analytics roles, with 8-10 years in a client-facing solutions consulting; 6+ years managing small/mid-size teams, conflict resolution, delegation

    • Strong background in designing complex analytics and technology solutions and crafting business proposals.

    • Extensive experience collaborating with senior leadership and leading cross-functional initiatives.

    • Proven ability to lead technical teams through complex design challenges and guide them toward successful outcomes.

  • Technical Skills
    • Experience with AI/ML / Statistical algorithms and their application in business solutions

    • Technical: Python, R, SQL, ML, visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)

    • Strong familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

    • Demonstrated understanding of data privacy, security, and governance best practices.

  • Soft Skills
    • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    • Strong collaboration and partnership skills to build and groom team of consultants

    • Strong business acumen with a focus on delivering solutions that drive business value.

  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics or a related field.

    • Proficiency in applying problem-solving frameworks (such as root cause analysis, Six Sigma, or Design Thinking) to address complex business challenges.

    • Certifications: PMP, Agile, or Analytics certifications (good to have)   

In the US, the target base salary for this role is $220,000-$250,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors
