Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize daily and weekly swap schedules in coordination with field technicians, warehouse, and dispatch teams.
- Ensure each swap is properly prepared by confirming equipment readiness and availability of all required parts and hardware.
- Manage swap tickets from start to finish—assigning, tracking, and ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Serve as the central hub between departments, maintaining clear, proactive communication and keeping all stakeholders informed of timelines, progress updates, and any scheduling changes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for field teams during swap execution, providing timely support and resolving issues as they arise.
- Maintain precise documentation for all equipment swaps, including serial numbers, locations, and configurations, while reviewing completed work orders for accuracy and consistency.
- Verify that all swapped games meet functionality, compliance, and quality standards prior to completion.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as response times, completion rates, and error trends, providing weekly reports and insights to leadership.
- Identify recurring process challenges, recommend improvements, and help drive efficiency and consistency across swap operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, field operations, or equipment coordination (gaming or COAM experience a strong plus)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling/communication tools (Slack, Synchroteam, Monday.com preferred).
- Must be 21 years of age or older and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
