About the Team:

Ingram Micro’s ITAD Sales Team helps organizations maximize the value of their end-of-life or surplus IT assets through secure, compliant, and environmentally responsible disposition solutions. The team collaborates with product sales, supply chain, and sustainability teams to deliver a comprehensive IT lifecycle offering—from procurement to retirement.

Role Overview

The ITAD Sales Acceleration Executive is responsible for identifying and driving new business across enterprise, SMB, and channel partner accounts. Using platform data insights, this role uncovers whitespace opportunities, builds strategic partnerships, and accelerates adoption of innovative ITAD solutions. This is a field-based role that includes travel to customer sites, industry events, and partner meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow reseller and end-user accounts through strategic outreach and consultative selling
  • Identify new business opportunities, including partners without current ITAD practices
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and strategic partners
  • Drive engagement and insights through the Xvantage platform
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Represent Ingram Micro at industry events and customer engagements

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in ITAD, reverse logistics, or hardware remarketing
  • Strong channel and partner relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of IT hardware (servers, networking, data center, PCs) and asset recovery value streams
  • Consultative selling approach with excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience in cold calling and lead generation
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Understanding of data destruction standards (e.g., NIST 800-88, DoD 5220.22-M)
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., R2v3, e-Stewards, HIPAA, GDPR)
  • Awareness of resale and remarketing value of used IT equipment

What Stands Out on a Resume

  • Documented sales achievements such as quota attainment, revenue growth, or new account wins
  • Experience in channel or distribution sales, especially within ITAD or circular economy solutions
  • Success selling value-based or service-oriented solutions

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of functional experience, including 5+ years in a sales-specific role

Compensation structure: 50/50 split

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $67,300.00 - $114,500.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
