Job Description:

Provides administrative and technical support to field operations by managing ServiceMax and SAP tasks, maintaining data accuracy, and facilitating new hire onboarding. Ensures field systems and workflows operate efficiently and in compliance with SSA requirements.

Essential functions—essential functions, including how an individual is to perform them and the frequency with which the tasks are performed; the tasks must be part of the job function and truly necessary or required to perform the job.

Job duties to include but are not limited to;

  • Act as first-line support for ServiceMax issues and updates.
  • Troubleshoot Work Orders, RMAs, parts orders, and SAP sync errors.
  • Monitor and correct ServiceMax data integrity dashboards.
  • Generate and distribute operational and ad-hoc reports.
  • Manage onboarding and system access for field employees (ServiceMax/SAP).
  • Track and submit SLOC, Ship-To, and SSA access requests.
  • Support testing of new automation tools (web forms, Email Scrape).
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to resolve tickets and improve processes.

 

Qualifications:

Required education and experience—education and experience based on requirements that are job-related and consistent with business necessity.

  • 3+ years in service operations or administrative/system support.
  • Experience with ServiceMax and SAP.
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Preferred education and experience—preferred education and experience based on requirements that are job-related and consistent with business necessity.

  • Experience in SSA/government-affiliated environments.
  • Familiarity with RMA, Work Order, and service logistics processes.
