POSITION PURPOSE

The Operations Manager provides support and oversight of administrative functions to GPLA, a large team and part of the LeSar suite of firms, and other teams as needed. The role serves as a key point of contact between GPLA and external partners to ensure smooth coordination and communication across operational functions, streamlining processes and helping to resolve cross-functional challenges to promote efficiency and effectiveness in day-to-day operations.


WORKING HOURS

Standard hours Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. This position is mostly remote and may require occasional travel. 


TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Up to 10% domestic travel.


HOW YOU IMPACT SUCESS

  • Administrative Management. Oversees administrative operations and staff support, ensuring effective project tracking, scheduling, and workflow coordination across teams.
  • Firm Liaison. Serves as a central communication link between teams, departments, and external partners to promote coordination, information sharing, and alignment across the firm.
  • Operations Efficiency. Drives continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, ensuring adherence to procedures, and facilitating timely problem-solving across teams.
  • Data Management and Tracking. Maintains accurate data systems and reporting tools to monitor financials, performance metrics, and operational outcomes for informed decision-making.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or related field or equivalent work experience. Master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years proven experience in operations or administrative support roles.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint) is required.
  • Proficiency in the following software: Adobe, Harvest, Harvest Forecast, HubSpot, Docebo and Click-up are highly desired.
