Key Responsibilities
- Act as main contact for assigned departments, managing trainee reviews, progression and performance cycles
 - Liaise with training providers and professional bodies to maintain high-quality learning pathways
 - Support onboarding, inductions and trainee wellbeing initiatives
 - Guide Training Managers and Partners on performance and HR-related matters
 - Contribute to early talent projects, workforce planning, reporting and internal communications
 - Keep up-to-date with learning and development trends and support mid-contract reviews
 
About You
- Experience working with trainees or apprentices in a learning and development or HR capacity
 - Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
 - Organised, proactive and able to balance multiple priorities
 - Knowledge of accounting, audit or tax qualifications (desirable)
 - Familiarity with apprenticeship standards or qualification frameworks (desirable)
