Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the TP documentation in strong alignment with external advisors
 - Further development of TP Policy
 - Support of subsidiaries in TP questions
 - Preparation of audit files incl. audit trail
 - Review of (new) business models
 
- Support tax audits in strong collaboration with external advisors
 - Lead dispute resolution processes
 
- Support international tax planning
 - Develop business tax strategies
 
- Monitoring of EU and OECD initiatives and implementation of relevant legal requirements (e.g. DAC)
 
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Qualifications: Completed degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a comparable qualification; Certified Tax Advisor
 - Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in a tax advisory firm and in-house tax function at a global company. Proven track record managing transfer pricing and tax planning.
 - Technical knowledge: Strong knowledge of tax laws.
 - IT skills: Experience with ERP systems and DATEV.
 - Industry expertise: Experience in a dynamically growing, scale-up with a B2B focus, or in a corporate environment, is a plus.
 - Language skills: Fluent in German (C1 or above) and English (B2 or above).
 - Work style: A high level of initiative and a proactive, structured approach to work.
