Receptionist LTE
Department: Administrative Services Region: Midwest (US)Temporary Receptionist Needed - November Coverage
We're seeking a temporary Receptionist to provide coverage for approximately one month, during the month of November.
Schedule:
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9:00am-3:00pm
- Friday: Flexible hours, either 9:00am-1:00pm or 10:00am-2:00pm

Representative Responsibilities:
� Greets guests in a timely and professional manner
� Employee whom the guest wishes to visit is contacted immediately
� Guests are offered comfortable accommodations
� Guests are provided with directions to the employee�s area if necessary
� Answers company phone lines
� Calls are answered in a polite and professional manner
� The caller�s intent is clarified and the call is appropriately routed
� Knowledge of Company�s phone extensions, employee�s schedules, etc. is used to route calls appropriately
� Routes incoming faxes
� Notifies and/or distributes deliveries to appropriate personnel
� Maintains security by monitoring logbook and issuing visitor badges
� Ensures coffee area is maintained and replenished as necessary
� May be responsible for copying and laminating projects
� Sorts incoming company mail
� Files departmental documents
� Photocopies, scans and faxes information and documents as needed or requested
� Performs basic, simple data entry
� May provide Administrative support on special projects
� Provide Reception training for employees as the opportunity arises
� Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
� HS diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
� 0-3 years of job-related experience
� Experience in a team environment
� Ability to interact with other employees, work as a team
� Strong communications and interpersonal skills
� Ability to communicate in business environment
� Proven ability to deal with all levels of personnel and maintain strictest confidentiality
� Ability to work independently
� Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions
� Ability to read, speak and understand English
� Basic keyboarding skills, both alpha and numeric
� Knowledge of multi-line phone systems
� Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel effectively
� Ability to setup basic spreadsheets
� Ability to type basic documents
� Able to project a friendly and professional demeanor
� Able to work well under pressure
� Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
� SAP Knowledge helpful
