ROLE OVERVIEW:
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Scheduling: Manage and maintain the studio’s production schedule, ensuring resources are allocated effectively across multiple projects.
 - Workflow Optimisation: Oversee the movement of creative work through the studio, from initial briefing to final output.
 - Resource Forecasting & Resource Management: Assign tasks to designers based on availability and skillset, balancing workload and efficiency metrics
 - Stakeholder Communication: Act as the liaison between account managers, creatives, and external suppliers to ensure timelines and expectations are met. Become the ‘trusted source of truth’ for all cross-business colleagues
 - Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve studio efficiency and quality
 - Freelance & Surge Management: build a trusted and cost-effective global network of freelance and third-party agency support to provide additional resource at peak times, and manage all global external hubs
 - System Integration: constantly assess the state of our systems and software, making recommendations that will drive operational efficiency, saving time and money
 - Reporting: Track project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.

 - Resource optimisation: Understands capacity planning and skill allocation
 - Technology integration: Can use Monday.com and timesheet systems

 - Detail-oriented: Tracks multiple projects, deadlines, and resource needs simultaneously
 - Proven experience in a traffic or studio management role within a creative or marketing agency.
 - Strong understanding of creative workflows and production timelines.
 - Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
 - Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
 - Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
