This role exists to help improve process efficiency and decision-making in a dynamic fintech environment while developing foundational treasury skills under guided mentorship.

What your work will look like:

TMS Support: Assist in the implementation and development of the Treasury Management System, including administrative tasks, data validation, and data enrichment to align with business needs. 

Project Involvement: Participate in treasury-related projects, to support process enhancements. Under guidance, dive deep into processes segments generating data driven insights. 

Process and Operations Support: Help refine treasury operations and support business process improvements across the immediate team 

Data and Reporting Assistance: Support the execution and development of reporting for treasury and cross-functional teams to understand treasury operations. 

Liquidity and Cash Management Support: Assist with group-wide liquidity management and help in the analysis and preparation of cash forecasts. 

What you need to be successful in this role:

Basic Knowledge of TMS: Interest in developing skills in Treasury Management Systems. 

Project Management Basics: Willingness to apply basic project concepts (planning, task tracking, status updates) in small workstreams 

Analytical Skills: Ability to learn and apply analytical skills to financial data; attention to detail in data validation and reporting. 

Interest in Fintech and Payments: Keen interest in gaining experience in the fintech/payments industry. 

Technological Aptitude: Comfort with learning collaboration and ERP tools (e.g., MTeams, SharePoint, SAP S/4Hana) to support distributed teamwork. 

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English. 

Eagerness to Learn: Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work in a guided, supportive environment.
