Global S&OP Strategy & Governance

• Own and lead the global S&OP/IBP framework.

• Establish standard processes, cadences, and governance models across business units and regions.

• Drive alignment between long-range planning, budgeting, and operational plans.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Facilitate executive-level S&OP reviews with leadership from supply chain, commercial, finance, and product teams.

• Balance trade-offs between demand and supply, driving cross-functional decision-making.

• Act as the integrator and neutral owner of the S&OP process.

Process Standardization & Maturity

• Harmonize S&OP maturity across geographies and business units.

• Develop capability models and rollout best practices globally.

• Define and track key metrics (forecast accuracy, plan adherence, OTIF, inventory turns, etc.).

Technology & Data Enablement

• Champion the implementation and adoption of digital planning platforms (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9).

• Ensure clean master data, demand signals, and financial integration.

• Leverage advanced analytics and scenario modeling to support better decision-making.

Talent Development & Capability Building

• Build a strong team of S&OP/IBP practitioners and process owners in regions or bu.

• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and fact-based planning.

• Support training, change management, and continuous improvement efforts.

Your profile

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Engineering

• 10–15 years supply chain, planning, or inventory experience

• Strong ERP/MRP skills (SAP, Oracle); APICS/CPIM certification preferred

• Advanced Excel or supply chain analytics; inventory modeling knowledge (e.g., EOQ, safety stock calculations)

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills under pressure
