POSITION SUMMARY
The Foreman is responsible for supervising crews to obtain top quality workmanship, efficiency, employee satisfaction, morale, communication, commitment, teamwork and pride.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage a team by training, developing and coaching employees on a consistent basis
- Assist the Superintendent with activities of business and departments concerned with the distribution of company products and services
- Read and understand specifications such as blueprints and data to determine specific requirements
- Coordinate the movement of goods and services in and out of production facilities
- Discuss with staff and workers to address questions, problems and requests for service and/or equipment
- Monitor personnel and/or equipment locations and utilization in order to coordinate service and schedules
- Receive/prepare work orders and determine types or amounts of equipment, materials or personnel required to work orders or specifications
- Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed
- Obey and follow all safety rules and policies
- Wear all appropriate safety equipment (PPE)
- Perform all other duties as assigned by manager and/or supervisor
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or equivalent education
- 5+ years working within the Oil & Gas Industry preferred
- Basic written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to preform basic mathematical skills
- Experience in Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Must have excellent organizational skills, ability to work in a fast paced environment under pressure, maintain honesty and integrity and have great time mangement skills
- For new hires, must meet all Performance Energy Services employment qualifications in force at time of hiring, including successful completion of a background investigation and pre-employment drug screen
- For new hires, must successfully complete all required training by Performance Energy Services
