As a Data/AI Engineer, you will design, develop, and optimize advanced data pipelines and AI solutions to drive business insights and enable automation. You will work collaboratively with data scientists, architects, and business stakeholders to transform raw data into actionable intelligence, ensuring scalability, security, and performance throughout our data and AI ecosystem.
What You'll Do:
Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and data architectures for analytics and machine learning.
Develop, deploy, and monitor AI/ML models to solve key business challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality data-driven solutions.
Optimize data workflows and ensure data quality, security, and compliance across all stages.
Research, prototype, and implement state-of-the-art AI/ML algorithms to address complex business problems and advance the organization’s AI capabilities.
What You'll Bring:
Proficiency in Python and SQL for data engineering and AI/ML applications.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure ) and data pipeline tools (e.g., Apache Spark, Airflow, Databricks).
Solid understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
Experience with CI/CD and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) preferred.
Our Lead Data/AI Engineering earns between $143,800 - $215,800 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
