Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Oversees database development and modification efforts.
• Maintains current and accurate knowledge of data storage and management best practices.
• Utilize BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to track, analyze, and visualize data, identifying trends and discrepancies for actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the IT team to leverage the business data warehouse and SQL for automating processes, enhancing efficiency, and improving data accuracy.
• Conduct root cause analysis to extract data, identify recurring issues, and implement data-driven solutions for continuous improvement.
• Gathers, organizes, and interprets statistical data from the database and provides reports.
• Adapt to various duties and projects assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to business needs.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience working with systems such as SAP, Power BI, and Tableau.  
• Ability to work effectively with others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Organized with great attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly and to creatively solve new problems.

Education, Certifications & Licenses

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field. 
• An advanced degree is a plus.
