As a Service Manager, you will oversee the scheduling of Service Technician resources to fulfill customer needs, prioritizing safety, asset utilization, and cost efficiency. Your goal will be to ensure the technicians have the proper training and equipment to perform their duties safely. our success is measured by your ability to manage a skilled and safe technician team, create seamless customer service, abide by regulatory compliance, and strategic planning aligned with company objectives. Your Responsibilities:
Ensuring technicians are safely trained and equipped
Addressing concerns for safety, effectiveness, and efficiency
Developing personalized training plans for employees
Managing recruitment, training, and performance
Coordinating equipment assignments for optimal service and appearance
Overseeing equipment servicing and appearance
Analyzing data for productivity and cost efficiency
Meeting customer requirements and resolving issues
Upholding safety, regulatory compliance, and operational standards
Managing budget, fleet planning, and cost benchmarks
Your Skills:
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Strong decision making and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Continuous improvement mindset
Your Experience:
Post-secondary education in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in industry related management preferred
