Arobas Personnel is looking for an Organizational Change Management Analyst – SAP for a contract with one of our clients located in Montréal.
*Remote : Hybrid- 2 days/week in the office*
What will your day-to-day look like?
• Provide change management guidance and support to the manufacturing team undergoing a large-scale transformation impacting processes, tools, and roles.
• Collaborate closely with the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team to ensure effective coordination and integration across initiatives.
• Support the implementation of change strategies that enable a smooth transition, identifying risks and strengthening organizational readiness.
• Drive leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, and communication planning to ensure clear understanding and adoption of new ways of working.
• Work collaboratively with business partners, project leads, and change management professionals to align business goals with transformation objectives.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, team leaders, and end users.
• Contribute to the overall change roadmap, ensuring alignment, integration, and timely delivery of milestones.
• Facilitate clear communication and interaction across all organizational levels, ensuring expectations are well understood and achievable.
• Actively share change management best practices and promote continuous improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications :
• Proven experience in project and change management, particularly in transformational initiatives.
• Strong ability to adapt and expand expertise in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Fluency in French, English, and Spanish is required, as this role involves collaboration with international teams.
Specific Knowledge:
• 10+ years of experience in organizational change management.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and the human and organizational challenges related to business transformation.
• Working knowledge of SAP systems.
