Requirements

Qualifications 

• Minimum 2 years of professional automotive painting experience 
• Proficient in waterborne paint systems 
• Strong eye for color matching 
• Ability to work and lead a team 
• Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and committed to restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition 

Responsibilities

• Perform full refinishing of vehicles
• Prep, mask, and finish surfaces for a flawless result
• Maintain paint booths and equipment
• Follow safety and environmental regulations
