Requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional automotive painting experience
- Proficient in waterborne paint systems
- Strong eye for color matching
- Ability to work and lead a team
- Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and committed to restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition
Responsibilities
- Perform full refinishing of vehicles
- Prep, mask, and finish surfaces for a flawless result
- Maintain paint booths and equipment
- Follow safety and environmental regulations
