This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines.
Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.
Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
5+ years of experience working in a government Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) environment
5+ years of experience in management or relevant leadership experience
5+ years of experience with project management and the ability to self-manage projects
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
A Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited course of study.
Military experience
Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc)
Experienced in using Boeing Problem Solving Model
5+ years of experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM)
5+ years of experience working with proposals
5+ years of experience working with AH-64 Apache flight control and drive components
Experience using Continuous Improvement practices and tools.
Experience working with external customers.
Ability to interface at all levels of an organization
