WHAT YOU DO

• Preparing paperwork for outgoing orders and customs
• Processing order requests using the SAP ERP and EWM system
• Booking and managing time slots for outgoing trucks
• Preloading trailers in alignment with scheduled dispatches 
• Evaluating forwarders quality, timelines and match according to goals
• Addressing issues regarding demands and stocks
• Producing reports based on findings and performance of truck throughput

WHO YOU ARE

• At least 2 years’ experience within a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
• Strong regard for product quality and safety standards
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
