The DAS Remediation Manager oversees two critical teams that ensure client accessibility projects are delivered accurately, on time, and to the highest standards. Leading both the Order Management and Document Remediation teams, this role coordinates order intake, scheduling, and delivery tracking while ensuring orders meet WCAG 2.x and PDF/UA compliance. The Manager establishes efficient workflows, maintains SLA adherence, and collaborates closely with Transcription, Production and Customer Service to effectively deliver completed orders and provide exceptional customer service. 

Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
  • Lead a talented team producing digitally accessible documents.
  • Oversee daily schedules, ensuring work meets quality standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage subcontractors, verify deliverables, and maintain trusted partnerships.
  • Support operations for AccessibilityNow.com, including quotes, customer inquiries, and manual QC checks.
  • Develop training programs and skill validation processes to ensure your team stays at the top of their game.
  • Maintain and update internal remediation guidelines, aligning them with evolving accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align staffing and growth plans with CrawfordTech’s long-term strategy.
  • Contribute to client success through proactive communication, account support, and performance tracking.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

What You Bring
  • 5+ years Crawford Technologies experience strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in customer service and/or project coordination.
  • 3+ years of experience leading a team in a service environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of accessibility formats and standards (PDF/UA, WCAG, Braille, Large Print, Audio, etc.).
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
