Job Type: FT
Location: Charlotte/Hybrid (3 Days in Office)

The Accounting Client Support Specialist will be primarily responsible for data movement, KYC, and reconciliations. The Accounting Client Support Specialist reports to the Controller.
What You’ll Do
- Manage data movement between various systems.
- Responsible for executing KYC and initial onboarding for new clients.
- A liaison between various client support departments and accounting.
- Responsible for client HSA funding reconciliations.
- Research discrepancies identified in RAAS.
- Monitor and action acquired entity banking.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Maintain quality work that exemplifies and promotes our company’s core values.
Requirements
Who You Are
- A graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a banking or accounting role, in a customer service-focused environment preferred.
- Able to operate independently and utilize data from a variety of different sources.
- An individual with a high level of personal worth and internal motivation along with strong financial analysis and accounting skills.
- Someone with strong interpersonal skills who understands that our business objective is to provide superior customer service and can handle conflict in a professional manner.
- A detail orientated individual with strong organizational and prioritizing skills, and the ability to be flexible and multi-task in a collaborative environment.
- A qualified candidate who possesses above average analytical and problem-solving skills.
- An individual that understands the value of providing a high level of customer service.
Work Environment
FloresHR's standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm ET with a one-hour lunch break. Roles may be approved for other schedules by managers. This role operates in a professional office environment based out of our Charlotte, NC office. This role is mostly sedentary and consists of prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. This role also utilizes other tools such as a phone, copy machine, and printer. Common programs often used are Outlook, Word, and Excel. This position frequently communicates with FloresHR team members and candidates and must be able to exchange accurate information clearly in these situations.
