- Responsible for following California’s Board & Barbering Requirements of personal cleanliness, sterilization, and disinfecting, and the overall health and safety of our guests.
- Responsible for the presentation and ambiance of the Facial Room; creating a welcoming environment for our guests.
- Follow the Doc Wilkinson’s Brand Standards.
- Follow and comply with all Company policies and procedures.
- Attend all mandatory meetings.
- Effective communication with our guests, the Spa Director, Spa Supervisors and Leads, as well as the rest of the Spa Team.
- Professional and correct grammar is used when communicating with guests on the phone, in an email and in person.
- Perform monthly inventories; Facial Room equipment, supplies and facial products.
- To perform extra tasks delegated by the Spa Director or Spa Supervisor.
- A valid, unexpired State of California Esthetician’s License, issued by the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology is REQUIRED
- Fluence in English (verbal and written) is required.
- 2+ years Hospitality experience.
- Ability to maintain guest confidentiality.
- Excellent time management skills. Able to start and complete treatments on time and complete all assigned work tasks during a scheduled shift.
- Able to meet/exceed revenue retail sales goals, using product knowledge and suggestive selling.
- Sugaring License and experience a plus!
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with co-workers and the public.
- A team player who processes a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
