Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

In this role, you will:
● Oversee agency budget preparation and submittals, compile revenue projections, program narratives, and expense compilation.
● Prepare reports and/or specialized financial and policy analyses. Track all aspects of payroll costs.
● Oversee the payment of invoices as well as the purchase of equipment, office supplies, and materials.
● Coordinates with the purchasing department and Corporation Counsel on procurement and legal matters.
● Prepare all ordinances, ordinance request forms, fiscal review forms, and document modifications.

Qualifications:
This position requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of four years of college with coursework in public administration, business administration or a related field. Three years of administrative experience in business administration, finance, mathematics, or accounting. Preference for employment in all positions with the city shall be given to applicants who are full-time city residents.
