IT Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Specialist
What you'll do...
- Apply business process improvement and engineering methodologies and principles to conduct major, enterprise-wide business process evaluation and modernization projects
- Act as key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration and coordination of effort
- Provide guidance and multi-disciplined professional leadership to evaluate the client’s needs and create cost-effective solutions
- Provide Green Belt and Awareness course instruction, student mentoring and project coaching. Provides strategic guidance and assistance in deploying CPI throughout the programs
- Serve as a project facilitator during the preparation, execution and post events for CPI Projects and events
Requirements
What you'll bring to the team
Education
- A bachelor’s degree in business management or other mission-area professional discipline
Work Experience
- Five (5) years relevant experience
- Experience at a senior level in specified mission-area or business process, written and oral communications skills including experience conducting formal presentations
Qualifications
- Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3)
- Must have an active DOD Secret Clearance
- Ability to work independently or with only general guidance and direction
- Specific areas of expertise include enterprise mission area-specific functional product and process requirements analysis, systems analysis and design and engineering, and documentation
Pay Range Information
The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed.
Pay Range
$100,000 – $115,000/annually
