Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000 per year

We’re currently seeking a Luxury Multifamily Property Manager to lead operations at a small, high-end residential community near Camarillo, CA. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced property manager who thrives on autonomy, takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and has a passion for elevating resident experiences.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing Class A or strong Class B properties, be comfortable working independently, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day property operations, ensuring the highest standards of presentation, maintenance, and service.
- Lead leasing and marketing efforts, including utilizing social media and event planning to drive occupancy and resident engagement.
- Manage property financials, including budgets, rent collections, and variance reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, vendors, and the community.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure a smooth, consistent resident experience.
- Take full ownership of the property’s success — from occupancy to retention.
Requirements
Must Have
- 2+ years of experience as a Property Manager for Class A properties.
- Proven customer service skills with a commitment to resident satisfaction.
- Comfortable working independently and managing a smaller property environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing social media accounts or planning community events.
- Strong organizational and marketing skills to enhance community engagement.
