This role will challenge you to apply your knowledge in machine learning, data science, and software engineering to create impactful technologies that solve complex problems and improve business outcomes and  goes beyond building LLM applications - you will explore how AI can not only generate but also reason, plan, and take actions through agents, integrating tool-use and multi-agent coordination to solve complex real-world business problems.

From researching new algorithms and fine-tuning SOTA models to building enterprise-ready AI solutions, You will have the opportunity to work across the full lifecycle—from research and prototyping to production deployment—while collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring next-generation Generative & Agentic AI solutions to life.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Architect Agentic GenAI applications leveraging LLMs, multimodal models, Agentic AI Protocols (MCP, A2A) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Experiment with Agentic capabilities (reasoning, planning, tool-use, orchestration) to extend what GenAI systems can achieve.
  • Research, test, and compare SOTA architectures and frameworks (transformers, diffusion models, LangChain, LangGraph, n8n, AutoGen, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face).
  • Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept implementations for novel AI frameworks.
  • Analyze and benchmark the performance of existing AI models and propose enhancements.
  • Assist in the integration of new AI systems into larger platforms and applications.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to create end-to-end data pipelines and model deployment strategies.
  • Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Prior exposure to data analysis, statistical modeling, and experimental design.
  • Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control (e.g., Git).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Self-starter with a tenacity to bring projects to completion.
  • Ability to research complex Generative AI concepts from tutorials, research papers and implement them to effective use.

    What You Will Gain:

  • Be a part of the team that is experimenting with SOTA (state of the art) ai frameworks, architectures, concepts and models.
  • Hands-on experience in researching, developing and deploying AI systems in a professional environment.
  • Exposure to state-of-the-art AI technologies and tools.
  • Opportunity to contribute to innovative AI solutions.
  • Mentorship and guidance from experts in the field.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies and apply them to ongoing projects.
