Amusements Attendant - Chattanooga, TN chez Spare Time Entertainment

What You Will Do

• Deliver genuine guest service using Spare Time Service Standards (Code S.E.R.V.E.)

• Greet guests, answer questions, and explain how games and attractions work

• Assist guests with game start-up and basic troubleshooting

• Monitor the gaming floor and respond quickly to guest needs

• Encourage guests to explore additional attractions and upgrades

• Operate the POS system accurately and handle payments

• Complete shift paperwork and follow opening and closing procedures

• Maintain clean and organized amusement areas, including laser tag and escape rooms

• Report equipment issues or inventory needs to a supervisor

• Promote in-center specials, birthday parties, and events

• Monitor activity and reinforce guest safety rules

• Support other team members and departments as needed

Who We Are Looking For

• Friendly and professional with a positive attitude

• Comfortable interacting with guests and staying active on your feet

• Able to multitask and stay calm when it gets busy

• Reliable team player who takes pride in their work

• Hospitality, entertainment, retail, or customer service experience is a plus

Work Environment

• Fast-paced setting with arcade sound and lighting effects

• Frequent interaction with families, kids, and large groups

• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
