About the Role
We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team responsible for building and maintaining the full CI/CD and observability pipeline, with a strong focus on test automation, environment provisioning, and release validation across both cloud and on-prem deployments.
This role is critical to ensuring the quality and reliability of client-impacting product delivery. You will work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, Developers, EMT, and Run teams to design, develop, and support automation frameworks and test environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with global development and product teams to define, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with a strong emphasis on TestOps practices.
  • Own and drive solutions from concept to completion, focusing on automated testing, validation, and environment consistency.
  • Champion improvements in test automation, environment provisioning, and deployment validation.
  • Integrate and support Murex Configuration Management (MxConfig) and Murex environments.
  • Participate in peer reviews and agile ceremonies, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Know the latest and new technologies and propose innovative solutions.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in TestOps, DevOps, and automation in complex environments.
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and adapt to changing requirements.

Technical Skills
Required:
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks.
  • Strong scripting skills (Python, Java,  Bash).
  • Hands-on experience with Linux, GitLab, Docker, Apache AirFlow and version control systems.
  • Familiarity with Murex and MxConfig for configuration and environment management.
Nice to Have:
  • Exposure to AWS, Ansible, and DataDog.
  • Experience with cloud-native testing and observability tools.
