- Collaborate with global development and product teams to define, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with a strong emphasis on TestOps practices.
- Own and drive solutions from concept to completion, focusing on automated testing, validation, and environment consistency.
- Champion improvements in test automation, environment provisioning, and deployment validation.
- Integrate and support Murex Configuration Management (MxConfig) and Murex environments.
- Participate in peer reviews and agile ceremonies, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Know the latest and new technologies and propose innovative solutions.
- Proven experience in TestOps, DevOps, and automation in complex environments.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritise and adapt to changing requirements.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Java, Bash).
- Hands-on experience with Linux, GitLab, Docker, Apache AirFlow and version control systems.
- Familiarity with Murex and MxConfig for configuration and environment management.
- Exposure to AWS, Ansible, and DataDog.
- Experience with cloud-native testing and observability tools.
