Aquatech needs a Procurement Intern to work in our Hartland, WI, ICD office for the summer of 2026. The hours of this position are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Job Description:

Assist in preparing Request for Quotation (RFQ) packages for supplier bidding under guidance from the Procurement team.

Support the review of supplier quotations and help compile bid tabulations for analysis and decision-making.

Help draft procurement requisitions by organizing and formatting documents such as Scope of Work, Drawings, and Specifications.

Participate in purchase order tracking, including updating status reports and assisting with follow-ups to ensure timely delivery.

Collaborate with internal teams including Project Management, Engineering, and Quality Control to support vendor communications.

Attend team meetings and vendor calls to gain exposure to procurement processes and supplier relationship management.

Support documentation and filing of procurement records in accordance with company standards.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficient in Office 365 products.
