Position Overview:
As a Substitute Guest Service Representative, you will provide crucial support during peak times or to cover for staff absences. Your engaging personality and commitment to customer service will help create a welcoming environment for guests and students at our campus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and students in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries, providing detailed information about programs and services.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for beauty services and other university offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and communications.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a guest-facing role is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with a knack for multitasking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is advantageous.
  • A friendly demeanor and positive attitude focused on guest satisfaction.
  • Flexible availability to cover various shifts as needed, including weekdays and weekends.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $15.00 and $16.20/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
