Position Overview:
As a Night Guest Service Representative, you will be at the forefront of delivering outstanding customer service during evening hours at Tricoci University. Your friendly demeanor and commitment to excellence will help create positive interactions for our students and guests, ensuring they feel valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and students warmly as they arrive, providing assistance and information.
• Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries, responding to questions about our programs and services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for beauty services and educational tours.
• Maintain accurate documentation of guest interactions and appointment schedules.
• Address guest concerns and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation and a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Assist with various administrative tasks to support evening operations.
• Monday through Friday 5:00-10:00pm cst

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or guest relations is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse clientele.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• A positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Availability for night shifts, including weekdays and weekends.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $15.00 and $16.20/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
